To the Company’s knowledge, there is no other shareholder that directly or indirectly, acting alone or in concert, holds over 5% of the Company’s share capital or voting rights. With regard to the breakdown of the share capital described above, no shareholder directly or indirectly holds control of the Company within the meaning of ArticlebL.233-3 of the French Commercial Code.

At September 30 th , 2017, institutional investors held 85% of the Company’s share capital, compared to 86% the previous year.

3.3.1.3 Company shares held by employees In accordance with the provisions of ArticlebL.225-102 of the French Commercial Code, as of Decemberb 31 st , 2017, the employees of the Company and related companies within the meaning of ArticlebL.225-180 of the French Commercial Code hold no share of the Company (it being specified that only performance shares granted in accordance with ArticlebL.225-97-1 of the French Commercial Code to employees, pursuant to authorizations given after August 7 th , 2015bare to be taken into account in this status). 3.3.1.4 Major changes in the breakdown of share capital In accordance with ArticlebL.233-13 of the French Commercial Code, and in light of the information received pursuant to ArticlesbL.233-7 and L.233-12 of said Code, the following threshold crossings occurred during the last three financial years:
