the parent company and of all entities included in the scope of consolidation and that the relevant information in the Management Report, detailed in the cross-reference table on pages 312 to 313 entitled “Information regarding the Management Report”, provides a true and fair presentation of the development of the businesses, results of operations and financial positions of the parent company and of all entities included in the scope of consolidation, and that it provides a description of the main risks and uncertainties to which these

companies are exposed.
