During the financial year, this item was affected by: the maturity of the 2017 LTI plan, for which the following p movements were recorded: the purchase of around 35,869 treasury shares in the market, • for a total value of €5.145 million. awards of 59,732 free shares, for a total value of • €7.449 million. the purchase of 34,105 other treasury shares in the market, for a p total value of €5.353 million, in order to partially cover the requirements of the next LTI plan, maturing in 2021; the repayment of the outstanding balance of the £30 million p loan by its UK subsidiary Sopra Steria Ltd.
