2.2. Provision of premises agreement entered into by your Company and Axway Software, an investee of your Company Your Company charges Axway Software for services provided under a provision of premises agreement.

For financial year 2018, your Company recognised a net income of €53,606 under this agreement. At its meeting on 16 February 2018, your Company’s Board of Directors confirmed that this agreement still met the criteria under which it was authorised, and indicated that it would maintain the previously granted authorisation.
