It is specified that Mr. Pierre-André de Chalendar decided to retire and benefit from his rights under the supplementary defined-benefit pension scheme (1) “SGPM” of which he was a beneficiary as Chairman and Chief executive officer, as of July 1, 2021. As of this date, he receives a supplementary retirement pension, the gross annual amount of which is approximately €385,800.

Mr. Pierre-André de Chalendar benefits from the commitments made by the Group to him, as described below.

Mr. Benoit Bazin whose employment contract entered into when he joined the Saint-Gobain Group on September 1, 1999 had been suspended since (1) January 1, 2019 and for the entire duration of his term of office as Chief operating officer, committed to renounce his employment contract as from July 1, 2021, the date on which he became Chief executive officer.

Mr. Benoit Bazin benefits from the commitments made by the Group to him, as described below.
