p Recurring net earnings per share: this measure is equal to basic net earnings per share before taking into account other operating income and expenses net of tax. p Free cash flow: defined as net cash from operating activities (as described in the consolidated cash flow statement), less investments (net of disposals) in tangible and intangible fixed assets, adjusted for net interest and less additional contributions to address any deficits in defined-benefit pension plans. Corporate responsibility p Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations: The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations are 17 global goals that States undertake to achieve over the next 15 years (2015-2030). They cover a many different areas, from protecting the planet to building a more peaceful world and ensuring that everyone can live in security and dignity. These goals are part of a development programme to prioritize support for the most vulnerable, especially children and women. https://data.unicef.org/children-sustainable-development-goals p Materiality matrix: The materiality analysis helps identify and prioritize the most relevant issues for the company and its stakeholders, and is presented in the form of a matrix, which plots the priorities according to their importance for the Company (x-axis) and for their stakeholders (y-axis). p Materiality: The degree of materiality determined reflects how the issue is able to influence the Company’s strategy, reputation, or financial health. p Greenhouse gas (GHG): Greenhouse gases are gaseous components that absorb infrared radiation emitted from the earth’s surface and contribute to the greenhouse effect.
