10. Securities with an equity component – potential dilution
There are no other securities with an equity component other than those mentioned in Note 13 to the consolidated financial statements (page 185) and Note 3.3 to the parent company financial statements (page 207). At 31 December 2017, 8,125 free shares remained to be allocated under the 2014 Steria free share award plan (PAGA); the resulting
dilution on the basis of the share capital at 31 December 2017 would have been 0.04%. In addition, a long-term incentive plan was granted for 2016 and 2017 for a maximum of 157,750 shares, i.e. 0.77% of the share capital.
