Agreement entered into with Éric Hayat Conseil This agreement relates to the provision to senior management of advisory and assistance services, particularly in relation to strategic deals connected with business development, in return for compensation calculated on the basis of €2,500 (excluding taxes) per day. For the financial year ended 31 December 2017, your Company recognised an expense of €231,250 under this agreement.

At its meeting on 24 February 2017, your Company’s Board of Directors confirmed that this agreement still met the criteria under which it was authorised, and indicated that it would maintain the previously granted authorisation.
