Draft resolutions, in line with the agenda, will be submitted for your approval. We have no specific comments to make regarding the various documents that have been submitted to you (in particular the Management Board’s management report), or in relation to the parent company and consolidated financial statements for the 2019 financial year. Therefore, we ask you to adopt the proposed resolutions.

In addition, the Board would like to point out that 2019 was another year of business development with sustained growth in current operating profitability. 2019 was also marked by the completion of a new organisation to support the Group’s ambitious 2030 strategy.
