Share capital comprises 37,000,000 shares with a par value of €0.20 each. * Other movements include changes to the consolidation scope, exchange rate differences on transactions involving the share capital, as well as ** liabilities and subsequent changes in liabilities corresponding to put options granted to holders of non-controlling interests. This item also includes the reclassification in “Equity - Group share” of the portion of comprehensive income attributable to non-controlling interests covered by a put option. The liability that corresponds to put options granted to holders of non-controlling interests is recognised in consideration for the non-controlling interests that are the subject of the put option, and for Group Equity, where the balance is concerned. The subsequent changes to liabilities are recognised under “Equity - Group share”.
