(4) Mr Alexandre Loussert was appointed at the Annual General Meeting on 19 October 2016. (5) Mr Arnaud Marion was appointed at the Annual General Meeting on 19 October 2016. The latter has waived the receipt of Directors’ fees (6) until the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting on 13 June 2017. Ms Monica Menghini was appointed at the Annual General Meeting on 19 October 2016. She resigned at the Board meeting on (7) 15 December 2017.
