Pension plan for Pierre-André de Chalendar in his capacity as non-salaried executive corporate officer Nature and date of approval by the Annual General Meeting On the recommendation of the Nomination, Remuneration and Governance Committee, at its meeting on March 20, 2014, the Board of Directors decided, in accordance with article 17 of the rules and regulations of the SGPM supplementary pension plan for engineers and managers, that Pierre-André de Chalendar would continue to benefit in full from the provisions of said rules and regulations under the same conditions as those applicable to all members of the pension plan.
