Regulated information is posted on the Company’s website for at least 5 years and on the website of the French Legal and Administrative Information Directorate (www. info-financiere.fr). The by-laws and other corporate documents (Notice of Shareholders’ Meeting, annual

financial statements, etc.) are available on the Company’s website and can also be consulted at its registered office under the conditions provided by law. Finally, declarations on the crossing of thresholds are published on the AMF’s website (www.amf-france.org).
