5.3 COMPENSATION OF MANAGING GENERAL PARTNERS AND MEMBERS OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD Management compensation is governed by Article 54 of the by-laws. For the 2019 fiscal year, it totaled €2,357 thousand. year 2019 was provisioned in the amount of €1,160 thousand.
