5.5.2.3 COMPENSATION PAID OR ALLOCATED TO THE CHAIRMAN OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

Olivier Heckenroth does not receive any compensation or benefits other than his fixed and variable compensation for his duties on the Board and on the Committees. The compensation received by Olivier Heckenroth in 2019 amounted to €38,500,

compared with €30,260 in 2018, in line with the increase in the total budget for compensation of the members of the Supervisory Board approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of June 11, 2019. Accordingly, the Company has decided not

to reproduce the entire table required by the Afep-Medef Code handbook. Olivier Heckenroth attended 100% of the meetings of the Supervisory Board and of the Committees in 2019.

5.5.2.4 COMPENSATION PAID OR ALLOCATED TO THE MEMBERS OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD FOR THE 2019 FISCAL YEAR The compensation paid to each of the members of the Supervisory Board in respect of 2019 was approved by the Supervisory Board meeting of September 11, 2019, following the increase in the overall budget to €200,000 approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of June 11, 2019. It is presented in the following table.
