Christelle Villadary (b) Chief Financial Officer Jean-François Labadie left Quadient on 2 March 2021. Dror Allouche, Benoit Berson, Ian Clarke and Duncan Groom (a) were appointed as Chief Operating Officers of Quadient as of this date. Christelle Villadary left Quadient on 31 March 2021. Laurent du Passage was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (b) of Quadient starting from 1 March 2021.

In order to achieve the objectives it has set, Quadient intends to invest in diversity and gender parity by first addressing the issue of women representation in the Board of Directors, in executive management and in the management team, and by creating a positive environment not only for its women employees, but also for people of diverse backgrounds.
