In 2020, the lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic in different countries accelerated the rollout of teleworking within (a) the Company. Endorsement and training programs were launched during the last quarter of the financial year, thus performance does (b) not represent full year efforts. The updated version of the supplier Code of Conduct will be launched in 2021. (c) Green-house gas emissions materially decreased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, following notable improvements in 2019. (d) Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a significant level of charity actions and events have been postponed to 2021 (e) or replaced by online events that have not been tracked. A new platform is being implemented in 2021 to better monitor the Company's efforts.
