Promote equal opportunities in terms of recruitment, pay and benefits, promotion, access to leadership programs, training and career management. Prevent any risk of discrimination in general (age, race, gender, ethnic or social origin, nationality, language, religion, health, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, political or philosophical opinion, veteran status or otherwise, trade union membership or other characteristics protected by applicable laws and regulations).
