In addition, the Remuneration and Appointments Committee estimated that the individual (qualitative) performance objectives’ achievement rate was 110 % , compared to a maximum of 150 % . Overall, Geoffrey Godet’s performance stands at 116.08 % and his annual variable remuneration for 2019 amounts to 592,008 euros paid in France and 130,010 United States dollars, subject to the approval of the General Meeting to be held on July 6, 2020. For the 2019 financial year, the performances relating to the qualitative objectives assigned to Geoffrey Godet were as follows:
