Subsequent events None.

During fiscal year 2021, Compagnie Plastic Omnium SE set up an additional credit line of €20 million, replacing a €50 million line that had reached maturity. The outstanding amount of confirmed medium-term credit lines was thus increased to €1,840 million at December 31, 2021, of which €150 million was for the benefit of Group subsidiaries. The subsidiaries had drawn down €54 million from credit lines at the end of 2021. Compagnie Plastic Omnium had not made any drawdowns at the end of 2021. Loans and advances to executive corporate officers No loans or advances were made to executive corporate officers of the Company as defined in Article L. 225-43 of the French Commercial Code. Compensation of management bodies The total compensation paid to management bodies in fiscal year 2021 amounted to €1,729,315.

At December 31, 2021, Burelle SA held 59.35% of the capital of Compagnie Plastic Omnium SE versus 58.78% at December 31, 2020 (% excluding treasury shares).
