The Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) is a non-profit organization founded in 2011 to develop sustainability accounting standards. (2) In 2021, the index was calculated based on the proportion of employees concerned who achieved a score greater than or equal to 80% on the Code of Conduct (3) online training during the year. The employees concerned are new hires and employees whose Code of Conduct online training was made available in their local language during the year. 179
