Changan cooperation agreement B. Since 2011, PSA Group and Changan have owned a joint venture known as Changan PSA Automobiles (CAPSA), based in Shenzhen, subject to joint control and classified for accounting purposes as a joint venture. It manufactures and markets motor vehicles under the DS brand in China. The newly built plant began production in 2013.
