DECLARATION ON EXTRA-FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE Groupe PSA CSR performance

Preventing all formsof discrimination,bullying and violence in the workplace The Group condemns all infringementsof respect for individual rights and dignity,verbalor physicalabuse,harassment,workplace violenceand discrimination.Thesebehaviorsare liable to sanctions and specificmeasureshavebeen set in everycountryto preventit. Employeesare regularlyinformedabout these policiesand a large number of managers have participated in awareness raising campaigns. In addition,Speak4Compliance is a whistleblowingsystemserving for securelyand confidentiallyreceiving,processingand managing reportsregardingviolationsof the compliancerulesof Groupe PSA. One categoryof reportingconcernsnon-respectand infringement of the rights and dignity of people, as well as verbal or physical abuse andharassment. A standardhandlingand trackingprocedurealignedwith the local legalframeworkhas beenintroducedin everyhostcountry.Whena problem is identified, the information is reported to the Human ResourcesDepartmentand a reviewis conducted.In 2019,80 cases of harassment,discriminationand violence in the workplacewere handled via thisprocedure.

PROMOTING THE EMPLOYMENT 2.4.5.3. AND INTEGRATION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES DPEF.13  DPEF.33  The Group has 6,828 employees with disabilities worldwide. Disability recognition is specified by various local laws. 77% of employeeswith disabilitiesare manualworkers,16% are technicians andadministrative employees and 7%are managers. This policy is deployed globally through the Global Framework Agreementwith the aim of helpingdisabledemployeesremain at work, implementing preventative actions and fostering their integration into the workplace. Today,thanksto the variousinitiativesconducted,and takingas an example France in its Automotive division, Groupe PSA has achieveda rate of employmentof disabledpersonsof 7.3%, above the 6% legal requirement.This employmentrate increasesto 10.3% when taking into account shelteredworkshops. In France, the 6th agreementon employment and inclusion of peoplewith disabilitieswas signedin 2017, confirmingGroupe PSA strongdetermination to stepup its existingeffortsin that direction. Thisagreement isstructured around four main areasof application: changinghow we look atdisability; n promoting recognition of the statusof disabled workers; n

taking action to integrateandretaindisabled; n mobilising all those involved in coordinated. n

The Grouphas demonstrated its sustainabilityby beingincludedin variousspecialisedsociallyresponsible investmentindicessuchas Dow Jones SustainabilityIndices, FTSE4Good,the four Vigeo-Eiris indices (World 120, Eurozone 120,Europe 120 and France 20), Ethibel Sustainability Index, StoxxESGLeadersIndices,CDP ClimateA List, CDPSupplierEngagement Leader and ISSESGPrime. The Group’sperformance as coredby non-financial ratings agencies i presented indetails inthe CSR Report.
