The EcoVadis Rating Framework (see 2.3.1.2.2) is a part of the suppliers’ assessment. The CSR risk level established for each commodity is thenenriched by: the CSR assessmentsperformedby EcoVadis for suppliers of n every commodity; the risks related to the host countries; n

other factors (amount of purchasing spending and strategic n significanceto Groupcommodity). Thesefactorsin combinationare usedto positionriskson six levels. This risks matrix is reviewed by the PurchasingDepartmentand validated bytheManagingBoard.
