STATUTORY DISCLOSURE THRESHOLDS IN 2019

As at 31 December2019, the shareholdersof the Groupe familial Peugeot(FFP/EFP),DMHKand BPIfranceeach held a 12.23%stake in the sharecapitalof PeugeotS.A. To the bestof theCompany’sknowledge,no shareholderotherthan the ones listed in the table below directly or indirectlyown more than 5%of the Company’s issuedcapitalor votingrights. Groupe PSAoffersa varietyof savingsschemesin variouscountries. Employee share ownership was 1.93% at 31 December 2019, representing 45,957 current and formeremployeesof the Group. Since 2013, the Supervisory Board includes a representativeof employee shareholders (for more information please refer to Section 3.1).

In a letter receivedon 20 June2019, EPIC BPIfrancedisclosedthat on 19 June 2019 it had indirectly, through Lion Participations, crossedover the statutorythresholdsof 10% and 15% of the voting rights. It crossedthese thresholdsdue to the acquisitionof doublevoting rights following the purchase of Sogepa’sshares on19 June 2017.
