GROSS VALUES A. Within the frameworkof the provisionsof the Master Agreement, Peugeot S.A. made further payments during the course of the financial year to General Motors worth a total of €68.1 million recorded as a purchase price adjustment of Opel Automobile GmbH. On 14 February2019, Peugeot S.A. subscribed€ 50.0 millionto a new increase in thesharecapitalof PSAVentures.

On 5 November2019,PeugeotS.A.soldall of its PMTCsharesto the Mahindra &Mahindra group, i.e. 300,415 shares. On 19 December 2019, Peugeot S.A. acquired the insurance company Kommun Garanti ReinsuranceSA for SEK 509.7 million (€48.8 million).
