Between 31 December 2019, the closing date, and 25 February 2020,the dateof reviewof the accountsby the SupervisoryBoard, the coronavirushealth crisis occurred.

The situation in China in the current epidemic context remains uncertain.At this stage,it is difficultto measurethe impactson the activity; the Group implementsthe appropriatemeasures for its employees and to meettheneeds of itscustomers.
