For information, in respectof 2019,the Chairmanof the Supervisory Board once again waived the compensation awarded to him (€300,000),and the attendancefees (of €70,000)which should havebeenpaidto himon the basisof his attendanceat meetingsof the Board and the committees.

The amounts allocated to Louis GALLOIS, Chairman of the SupervisoryBoard, in compensationfor the work he performedin connectionwith his office,are shownin the table below,presented in the format of summary table No. 2 as recommendedby the AFEP-MEDEFCode. These amounts will not be paid to him in respectof the 2019 financial year, since theChairman waived them.
