ambitions in terms of carbon neutrality and regenerative agriculture were also strengthened. The Group continues to place CSR at the heart of its strategy and is increasingly integrating it into all of its activities. For the coming years, the Group’s ambition is to increase its leadership and become a pioneer in these areas. The Group accelerated its Digital Transformation roadmap. For the Key Digital Programmes: the pilots delivered excellent results and are now being deployed in the affiliates. The necessary skills were developed internally to support the acceleration over the coming years and develop our competitive advantage. The Finance function also accelerated its digitisation with the deployment of new tools, supported by significant efforts in terms of change management. The good management and the great agility in the allocation of resources according to the dynamics of markets, channels and categories are reflected in the market shares and the excellent financial performance during the financial year.
