2.2.2 Acquisitions of equity interests and takeovers during the past fi nancial year Orano set up three simpli fi ed joint stock companies ( sociétés par actions simplifiées ) registered on October 2, 2025: Orano 17, Orano 18 and Orano 19, wholly owned by Orano at the time of their incorporation. On January 10, 2025, following the completion of Orano Med Manufacturing’s contribution of the biotechnology business to Orano Med Theranostics, Orano Med Manufacturing distributed its Orano Med Theranostics shares (100%) to its shareholder Orano. As of February 27, 2025, Orano’s ownership of the capital of Orano Med Theranostics amounts to 84.4% since SANOFI Aventis Participations became a shareholder of Orano Med Theranostics.

The shares of CNS (51%) and Orano DS (51.76%) were acquired by Orano from Orano Démantèlement on December 31, 2025. Pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 233-6 of the French Commercial Code, Orano has not taken control of any other company having its registered of fi ce in the French State. 2.2.3 Branch of fi ces and representation of fi ces In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 232-1 II of the French Commercial Code, please note that the Company has a representation of fi ce in Belgium.
