5.2.2.2 Compensation of Claude IMAUVEN for the 2025 fi nancial year The Chairman of the Board of directors is entitled to a fi xed annual component of 120,000 euros gross as from his or her election by the Board of directors, for the duration of his term of of fi ce. This decision was approved in principle for the entire term of of fi ce as the Chairman of the Board of directors of Claude IMAUVEN (reappointed for a term of four years at the Board of directors’ SUMMARY TABLE OF THE GROSS COMPENSATION AWARDED TO CLAUDE IMAUVEN, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS (Table No. 1 of Appendix 2 of the AMF Position-Recommendation – DOC-2021-02)
