Nicolas MAES Experience in environmental and climate issues : operational, managerial and regulatory experience in industries with high environmental and climate challenges (cement, mining, fuel cycle) and member of the International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM). Experience in social issues : Director of the Mines Business Unit from 2018 to 2023, then Chief Executive Of fi cer of Orano since 2023. Experience in governance, ethics and compliance issues : Director of numerous mining joint ventures, highly exposed to compliance, human rights and ethics risks, then Chief Executive Of fi cer of Orano since 2023.
