Composition of the Board of directors At end-2025, the Board of directors was composed of 13 members: ● 10 members appointed by the General Meeting (including fi ve natural person directors appointed on the proposal of the French State, four independent directors and the Chief Executive Of fi cer, the only executive member); ● 2 members representing employees, appointed by the labor unions; and

● one representative of the French State. At December 31, 2025, the percentage of independent directors was 30.77%. The percentage of women on the Board of directors was 45%, excluding directors representing employees, unchanged compared to the previous year. This rate is 46%, including employee directors, i.e. six women and seven men.
