TOTAL 138,080 (1) The State of Niger withdrew the operating permit held by Imouraren SA on June 19, 2024. On December 19, 2024, Orano Mining initiated arbitration proceedings against the State of Niger in order to assert its rights and seek remedy for all of its losses resulting from the withdrawal of the operating permit. (2) The group con fi rmed the loss of operational control of Somaïr SA on December 4, 2024. In particular, the State of Niger is obstructing the sale of Somaïr’s production and is opposed to Orano Mining exercising its abstraction rights.
