the purchase of a stake in Partech Entrepreneur II for • 1.6 million euros; and the decrease of (28.6) million euros in long-term loans • to the Group’s subsidiaries. An impairment test was carried out on Neopost S.A. investments at 31 January 2018, no impairment was noted during the year.

The changes in financial assets over the period are mainly due to: the increase in Neopost GmbH & Co. KG participation of • 4.5million euros; the increase in Neopost Sverige AB participation of • 1.9million euros; the purchase of a stake in X’Ange Capital 2 for • 0.2 million euros;
