Its expertise is applied to all asset classes: structuring and origination of loans and investment solutions in partnership with the business lines, which have appointed Green Captains, and in coordinationwith the ESRDepartment. The Asset Managementbusiness line has had ESR officers for several years now (e.g. at Natixis Asset Management, Natixis Assurances, AEW Europe). Other business lines of the Specialized Financial Services division (Natixis Lease, Natixis Interépargne) and Insurance division (BPCE Assurances) also initiatedan ESR approachin 2017 and designatedESR managers in charge of preparing an ESR road map specific to their business. Natixis’ ESR strategy is based on a set of international agreements and consultations within the banking industry, including: The UnitedNationsGlobalCompact since 2007; a The CarbonDisclosureProject (CDP) since 2007; a The United Nations Principles for ResponsibleInvestment a (UN-PRI)since 2008; The EquatorPrinciples since 2010. a Natixis is also a memberof the FrenchObservatoryfor Corporate Social Responsibility(ORSE) and as such participatesin the work of the ORSEFinanceClub. ESR COMMITMENTS 6.1.3

Since 2017, Natixis’ ESR policy has been steered by a dedicated departmentreportingto Natixis’CorporateSecretariat,a member of the NatixisSeniorManagementCommittee. The ESR team, consisting of seven permanent employees, has integrated the CSR function in place at Natixis since 2004. It is backed by a network of officers and works in coordinationwith BPCE'sSustainableDevelopmentDepartment. Representativesfrom different Natixis business lines (Corporate & InvestmentBanking,Asset & WealthManagement,Insurance, Specialized Financial Services) take part in business forums aimed at developingESR in the businesslines, while the officers of the functionaldepartments(Real Estate and Logistics,Human Resources, Compliance, etc.) are involved in projects to incorporate sustainable development in the Company's operations. Through its three main areas of focus (internal mobilization,risk management business development), the ESR Department is responsiblefor steering and coordinatingthe integrationof ESR in Natixis’ operation and activities, thus helping to meet the growing demand of customers,investors and corporatesfor the incorporationof ESR criteria in their own growthmodel. It is also responsiblefor all regulatoryand strategicESR reports: registration document, carbon assessment, mobility plan, etc. Finally, it is charge of relations with international and external stakeholders with questions regarding Natixis’ ESR policy (customers,employees,ESG rating agencies,NGOs,etc.). At the same time, ESR governance is being established in the differentbusinesslines, for examplewith the creationof a Green Hub in the Corporate & Investment Banking business line. This
