NATIXIS AND ITS INDIVIDUAL 1.6.5 SHAREHOLDERS

Recordingsof these chats and web conferenceswere posted on our website and sent to our Shareholders’ Club members throughour Newsletters. In partnershipwiththeÉcolede la Bourse,twotrainingmodules(on the taxationof dividendsandthe taxationof capitalgains)werealso madeavailabletomembersof theShareholders’Clubin 2017. At the General Shareholders’ Meeting, there is a dedicated Shareholders’ Club stand where Club members or any shareholders can find information about Natixis or the Shareholders’Club. As part of the bank’s Sponsorship and Patronage Program, members of the Shareholders’Club were also invited to attend sportingand cultural events throughoutthe year, with nearly 400 ticketsawardedfor rugbymatchesin 13 Frenchcities. The CCANis an advisorybody and soundingboardcomposedof a 12 members who represent Natixis’ individual shareholders. Thesemembersare themselvesindividualshareholderschosen through an applicationprocess that includes interviews.A third of its members are renewed each year, following a call for applications sent via the usual shareholder communication channels. The Committee is in charge of all aspects of financial a communication to individual investors, and in particular the communicationtools at their disposal. In 2017, the CCANworkedon the overhaulof Natixis’website, a contributing in particular to the “ShareholderCorner” section. It also met with the Deputy Head of Investor Relations to discuss the New Dimension strategic plan. In addition, the Committee carried out work on the 2018 General Shareholders’Meetingto improvethe meeting’sproceedings. Actingin accordancewith the ConsultativeCommittee’scharter, a the membersof the committeeevaluatedthe quality of work performedin 2017 and assignedratingsof 8.4 and 9 (out of 10) for the two most recent meetings respectively. The overall member satisfaction rating was8.4. All the topics discussed, reports of meetings and members’ a video presentationsare availableon the website. Call for applications Every year a third of the Committee is renewed. Throughout the year, interested shareholders are invited to put forward their application. Natixis has established an individual shareholder relations and communicationplatformwith threemain accesspoints: a toll-free number (from a landline in France: 0 800 41 41 41 ) a which shareholderscan use to speak to an informationofficer, available Monday to Friday from 9. a.m. to 6 p.m. The interactivevoice responsesystemprovides informationon the share price, the Company’sfinancialcalendar,the latest results and Shareholders’Club events; a dedicated e-mail address for shareholders’ questions a (actionnaires@natixis.com) managed directly by the Individual ShareholderRelationsteam; a website (www.natixis.com) , which providescomprehensive a information about Natixis. In the “Investors & Shareholders” section, visitors can view or download press releases, key figures, Natixis’ calendar and financial news, while the “Shareholder Corner” contains comprehensive editorial contentand documentsfor individualshareholders. The followingtwo bodies also coordinaterelationswith individual investors: Shareholders’ Club Created in November 2007,the Natixis Shareholders’ Club had 15,277 members at December 31, 2017. Membership of the Shareholders’Club is open to any shareholderwho holds at least one registeredor bearershare. Club members receive the monthly newsletter, the half-yearly shareholder newsletter and the shareholder guide, which is updatedand enhancedwith newsectionsevery year. TheShareholders’Clubwebsite (clubdesactionnaires.natixis.com) contains comprehensiveinformationabout the Club and related services. The program of activities for 2017 included four Natixis events and four themedevents: two information meetings about Natixis: one in Lyon in a partnership with the Federation of Individual Investors and Investment Clubs (F2iC) and one in Strasbourg in partnership with the Investmentmagazine Le Revenu ; two live online video chat sessions where individual investors a could ask Natixis’representativesquestionsabout the Bank, its businesslines, its financialresultsand its strategy; four themedpresentations,in the formof web conferencesand a video chats, which gave our shareholders the opportunity to talk to the economistsfrom Natixis’ EconomicResearch team and to a representativefrom the Écolede la Bourse.
