Catherine Halberstadt holds a postgraduate degree in Accounting and another in Business, Administration and Finance from the École Supérieure de Commerce de Clermont-Ferrand. In 1982 she joined Banque Populaire du Massif Central, where she was successively appointed Head of Human Resources, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer and, from 2000, Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Catherine Halberstadt became Chief Executive Officer of Natixis Factor in 2008. Catherine Halberstadt was Chief Executive Officer of Banque Populaire du Massif Central from September 1, 2010, to March 25, 2016. From January 1, 2016 to October 31, 2018, she served as the BPCE Management Board Member in charge of Human Resources, Internal Communications and the Corporate Secretary’s Office of BPCE. Since November 1, 2018, Catherine Halberstadt has occupied the roles of Member of the BPCE Management Board in charge of Human Resources.
