A graduate of the HEC business school and Stanford Executive Program, Laurent Mignon worked in several divisions of Banque Indosuez over more than 10 years, including positions on the trading floor and in investment banking. In 1996 he joined Schroders in London, then AGF in 1997 as Chief Financial Officer. He was appointed to the AGF Executive Committee in 1998, then became Deputy CEO in charge of Banque AGF, AGF Asset Management and AGF Immobilier in 2002. He became CEO in charge of the Life Insurance and Financial Services and Credit Insurance divisions in 2003, before his appointment as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee in 2006. From September 2007 to May 2009 he was managing partner at Oddo et Cie alongside Philippe Oddo. From May 2009 to May 2018, Laurent Mignon was Chief Executive Officer of Natixis. He has been a member of the BPCE Management Board since August 6, 2013. Laurent Mignon has been Chairman of the Management Board of BPCE since June 1, 2018.
