A graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce, d’Administration et des Entreprisesde Bordeaux,Bernard Dupouy became a Member of the Board of Banque Populaire du Sud-Ouest (BPSO) in 1996. He was appointed Secretary in 2006, then Vice-Chairman in 2009. In November 2011, BPSO became Banque Populaire Aquitaine Centre Atlantique (BPACA); Bernard Dupouy subsequently became Deputy Vice-Chairman, then Chairman of its Board of Directors in January 2015. He was also Chairman of the Board of Directors of BPSO subsidiary Crédit Commercial du Sud-Ouest from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2015, he was a Member of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committeeand Risk Committee. Bernard Dupouy also served as a Member of the Board of Crédit Maritime Mutuel du Littoral Sud-Ouestfrom 2012 to 2015, then became a Permanent Representativeof BPACA, Member of the Board of Crédit Maritime, and Chairman of the Audit, Risk and Accounting Committee from2012 to June 4,2018,when that entity was mergedinto BPACA.
