– Work of the Compensation Committee C in 2018 The Compensation Committee met four times in fiscal year 2018. The attendance rate was 95% for the year as a whole. Each director’s individual attendance rate for Compensation Committee meetings is provided in Section 2.2 of this chapter (see directors' individual fact sheets). In 2018, the Committee focused on the following areas:

At its February 8, 2019 meeting, the Compensation Committee reviewed the rules on allocating directors' fees to Board members.

Appointments Committee 2.3.2.4 A – Organization The Appointments Committee has six members. As of March 1, 2019, these members were:

It had until that date a balanced composition (50% independent, 50% non-independent) and was chaired by an independent director (see summary table on compliance with Afep-Medef Code recommendations in Section 2.3 of this chapter) .
