Appraiser fees The Group has its portfolio appraised twice a year by independent appraisers, on 30 June and 31 December. In accordance with the Group’s policy of rotating appraisers every five years, the independent appraiser BNP Paribas Real Estate Valuation was appointed in 2020 to appraise the portfolio. The fees paid are determined on a flat-rate basis and amounted to €46 thousand for 2022, compared to €48 thousand for 2021. The fees are determined before the appraisal is carried out and are not proportional to the value of the assets appraised. For BNP Paribas Real Estate Valuation, the fees invoiced to the Group represent an insignificant percentage of its revenue.
