Operations affecting the breakdown of the share capital In 2022, as part of the Acquisition Transaction (see Section 1.2 of this Registration Document), M.R.M. carried out two share capital increases, at the end of which SCOR SE and Altarea held respectively 56.6% and 15.9% of the share capital.
