The list of entities included in the M.R.M. group’s scope of consolidation appears in note 3.2 to the consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2022, provided in Section 3.7 of this Universal Registration Document. The Group’s subsidiaries are also presented in Section 1.6 “Group ownership structure” of this Universal Registration Document.
