3 FEES PAID TO THE STATUTORY AUDITORS The total amount of statutory auditor fees for 2022 was €196 thousand, compared to €111 thousand in 2021. These break down as follows: • fees for the statutory audit: €110 thousand divided between Mazars and RSM Paris in 2022, compared to €105 thousand in 2021; • fees for services other than certification of the financial statements: €86 thousand in 2022, compared to €6 thousand in 2021.
