This Universal Registration Document was filed on 28 April 2022 with the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF - Autorité des Marchés Financiers ), in its capacity as competent authority under regulation (EU) 2017/1129, without prior approval in accordance with Article 9 of said regulation.
