3.2.7 Treasury shares held by the Company

As of 31 December 2021, the Company held 42,486 treasury shares representing 0.10% of the share capital and 0.00% of the actual voting rights in the Company.

As of the date of this Universal Registration Document after the reverse stock split, it held 1,684 of its own shares representing 0.08% of the share capital and 0.00% of the Company’s actual voting rights.
