Copies of this Universal Registration Document are available free of charge from the Company and on its website (www.mrminvest.com) and on that of the French Financial Markets Authority ( Autorité des Marchés Financiers – AMF) (www.amf-france.org). All legal and financial documents that must be made available to shareholders in accordance with applicable regulations may be consulted at the registered office of M.R.M.: 5, avenue Kléber in Paris (16 th arrondissement) and on its website (www.mrminvest.com). In particular, the following documents can be viewed: (a) the most recent version of the issuer’s Articles of Association; (b) any reports, letters and other documents, and valuations and declarations prepared by an appraiser at the issuer’s request, some of which are included or referred to in the Registration Document.
