3 FEES PAID TO THE STATUTORY AUDITORS The total amount of Statutory Auditor fees on the Company’s 2021 income statement was €111,000 compared with €104,000 in 2020. These break down as follows: • fees invoiced for the statutory audit: €105,000 divided between Mazars and RSM Paris in 2021, compared to €104,000 in 2020; • fees invoiced for services other than certifcation of the fnancial statements: €6 thousand in 2021 compared to none in 2020.
