The list of consolidated entities as of 31 December 2020 appears in Section 3.7 “Consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020” of note 3.2 “List of consolidated entities” to the consolidated financial statements in this Universal Registration Document. As of 31 December 2020, the number of companies controlled by M.R.M. was fve, as of 31 December 2019. All Group entities are directly or indirectly wholly owned by M.R.M. which has itself been 59.9% owned by SCOR SE since 29 May 2013. The head office addresses of all Group entities appear in note 3.2 “List of consolidated entities” in Section 3.7 “Consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020” of this Universal Registration Document. M.R.M.’s role vis-à-vis its subsidiaries is described in Section 1.3 “Situation and activities of the companies controlled by M.R.M. and their asset portfolios” of Section 3.6 “Management report for the financial year ended 31 December 2020” of this Universal Registration Document.

Details of each subsidiary’s activities can be found in Section 1.3.1 “Property assets” of Section 3.6 “Management report for the financial year ended 31 December 2020” of this Universal Registration Document. The main financial ows between M.R.M. and its subsidiaries, namely credit facilities, Chairman fees and service fees, can be found in the “List of subsidiaries and affiliates” and “Breakdown of net revenue” notes in Section 3.9 “Corporate financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2020” of this Universal Registration Document.
